His experience in Financial Services spans across Insurance, Banking and Credit Cards at the highest level, acting as a change agent for the C-suite in global organisations including Swiss Re, Barclays and Visa.
He has successfully lead and delivered numerous customer facing and internal operational initiatives and programmes including several huge cost-efficiency strategies across large, complex organisations which have delivered savings in excess of £60M producing significant ROI.

Over the last 2 years Ricardo has been working for the worlds largest Reinsurance company, leading delivery of multiple digital insurance and efficiency initiatives. Firstly as programme manager on an initiative to launch a Greenfield pan European white-labelled B2B2C P&C insurance business. More recently he led the inception, mobilisation, design and delivery of an ambitious digital platform able to support sales and servicing across multiple partners and geographies in a more established L&H player.
